Ordering
Upon receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation email detailing order and payment. A further email will follow confirming dispatch, estimated delivery date, and if Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, a tracking number. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the Website whether or not that product has been sold.
Payment
Orders though the KFS website can be paid via Paypal, Bacs, Cheque.
Delivery and Postage
Postage/carriage is not included in the price quoted, individual items are to be charged on a per-item basis. Unless otherwise specified, the KFS will ship all merchandise within 2-3 business days of cleared payment, Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Delivery dates are estimates only. Once goods are sent out, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail and other domestic or international postage carriers.
